Cyberlinx, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the HireEdge App (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our App.
By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, do not use the App.
We collect the following information when you use the App:
First Name
Email Address: For account management and analytics
Voice Recordings: Audio you provide through interview answers or other features.
Account Information: Device ID, subscription status, and related technical information.
App Usage Data: Non-personal analytics such as session length, feature usage (if enabled).
We use your information to:
Provide, operate, and improve the App and its features.
Analyze app usage patterns and improve user experience through analytics data.
Evaluate your voice responses using automated analysis (AI).
Troubleshoot and secure the App.
Communicate with you about your account or updates.
Improve our services using anonymized and aggregated data.
Comply with legal obligations.
Your voice recordings are used to evaluate interview responses and provide feedback. Recordings are stored securely and are not shared with third parties.
Automated systems (including AI) process your voice; Cyberlinx does not listen to recordings unless required for troubleshooting or support.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for processing your personal information is your explicit consent, which you provide when creating an account and using the App. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account.
Your data is stored in secure databases protected by multi-factor authentication and industry-standard safeguards.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Data is stored as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App’s services.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems, except as required by law.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law, with your explicit consent, or as described below.
Analytics Services
We use Mixpanel, a third-party analytics service, to help us understand how users interact with our App and to improve our services. We may share your email address and usage data with Mixpanel for analytics purposes. Anonymized, aggregated data may be used internally to improve our products.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

The App is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will promptly delete such information.
The App integrates with Mixpanel for analytics purposes. Mixpanel may collect and process your personal information as described in this Policy. We strongly advise you to review Mixpanel's Privacy Policy at https://mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services. If you delete your account, your data (including voice recordings) is permanently deleted from our systems, except as required for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes and indicate the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the App after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
